These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KBM AimAssist website and desktop application (together, the "Service"), operated by KBM AimAssist ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
KBM AimAssist is a keyboard-and-mouse accessibility tool that translates your own physical input into a virtual controller signal, so players who find a traditional controller or raw mouse input difficult to use can configure controls around their individual needs. The Service faithfully reproduces the input you actually provide - it does not generate, automate, or fabricate input on your behalf.
Individual games and platforms set their own rules about permitted input devices and software. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the terms of service, end-user license agreement, and anti-cheat policy of any game you use the Service with. We make no representation that using the Service complies with any particular game or platform's rules, and we are not responsible for any account action taken against you by a third-party game or platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every game, controller, or system configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KBM AimAssist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken against your account by a third-party game or platform.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
